Interaction Client Web Edition

Add/edit Private Contacts

Interaction Client Web Edition now includes the capability to add, edit, and remove contacts to and from the Private Contacts list. Prior to this release, it was only possible to view and dial from the Private Contact list.

Multi-channel Interaction Web Client Enhancements

CIC 4.0 SU 2 included improvements to response management. In SU 3, Interaction Client Web Edition now supports email and chats, and spell checking is performed by the browser.

Email

SU 3 adds the ability to receive inbound emails or create outbound emails through the Interaction Client Web Edition.

Chat

Interaction Client Web Edition now supports chat. Each chat appears in its own pop-up browser window. Note that chats in Interaction Client Web Edition do not yet have the embedded chat view that was added to Interaction Client .NET Edition in SU 2.

The chat pop-up window shows chat conversations and also provides access to account codes and response management.

You can now create and modify response management entries through Interaction Client Web Edition.
