Interaction Edge and Interaction Gateway End of Support

Interaction Edge and Interaction Gateway reached End of Support in 2019. Genesys removed all references to Interaction Edge and Interaction Gateway from all relevant documentation in the PureConnect Documentation Library. Genesys also removed the Interaction Gateway Administrator’s Guide and the Interaction Edge Installation and Configuration Guide from the PureConnect Documentation Library.
