PureConnect supports the recording of Social Media interactions, and is configured in the Interaction Recorder Policy Editor. You can search and playback Social Media interactions using Interaction Recorder or the My Quality Results view in Interaction Connect.

Use Interaction Recorder Policy Editor to create recording policies for Social Media interactions. You can create policies to initiate Social Media recordings, set up retention policies for Social Media recordings, and configure security policies for your recordings.
