Crystal Report Import Utility

The Crystal Report Import Utility is available from the Utilities and Downloads page. It is a an easy-to-use wizard for importing a new crystal report into the system using an .rpt file and user-friendly forms, run from IC Business Manager. This eliminates the need to manually add a crystal report through Interaction Administrator using XML editing to populate the necessary metadata.
