IC User Applications (32-bit and 64-bit) install

The IC User Applications installation program is available in 32-bit and 64-bit versions. The IC User Applications installation program installs:

• Interaction Desktop

• Additional Interaction Desktop features: Outlook Dialing

• Interaction Voicemail Player

• Interaction Fax

• SIP Soft Phone

• Interaction Screen Recorder Capture Client

• Interaction SIP Bridge

• Microsoft Outlook Interaction Desktop Add-in

Note: Other IC User Applications, such as Interaction Tracker Client and Interaction Process Automation, are available in Interaction Desktop, if licensed.
