Change Your Password

Your organization might require that you change your user password the first time you log on to Interaction Web Portal. After the first time you log in, your organization's password policy determines how frequently you need to change your password, the number of characters it must contain, and so on.

To change your password:

  1. Click the Settings link in the heading section of the Home page.

  2. On the Settings page, specify your current password in the Old Password box.

  3. Specify the new password in the New Password box and then again in the Confirm box.

  4. Click Change Password.

Note: Your administrator determines the minimum password length and complexity. For information on your organization's password requirements, contact your administrator.
