View Announcements

When you log on to Interaction Web Portal, if there are any announcements, a Messages banner appears across the top of the portal Home page. If you have not yet viewed any of the messages, the number of new messages appears in the Messages banner.

Click on the chevron (down arrow) at the right side of the banner to expand the Messages area and display the messages. Note that both system-level announcements and organization-level announcements appear here and remain there until the expiration date and time.  

Note: System-level announcements appear for users in all organizations, while organization-level announcements only appear for users assigned to that organization.
