Introduction

Interaction Recorder Policy Editor is a single, simple user interface for creating Polices that manage recordings. Policy settings for recordings include:  

• What are the interactions to be recorded?

• Where recordings are stored and archived, and how long they are retained?

• Who can access, play, score, export, and archive recordings?
