Interaction Web Portal (IWP)

IWP Base for CIC 4.0

The Interaction Web Portal (IWP) product is now available in CIC 4.0.  IWP features include access to statistics, recordings, reports, and live call monitoring.  IWP provides web access to contact center supervisors and agents, as well as stakeholders outside of the contact center.

IWP Support for Concurrent Licensing for CIC 4.0

Concurrent licensing for users is now available within Interaction Web Portal (IWP) in CIC 4.0 SU3.
