Auto Calculate Permission

Use the Auto Calculate permission to specify whether the system calculates arrangements as a user changes values or whether the user can calculate the arrangement on demand. Location

In the Latitude Permissions and Policies Editor window, expand the Arrangements folder and then click Auto Calculate.

Scope

This permission is available for the following scopes:

• System

• Business Class

• Customer Group

• Customer

Policy

This policy allows your organization to specify whether the system calculates arrangements automatically. Enable the permission for a scope and then specify the settings.

• Auto Calculate on the settlement and arrangement screen: If selected, the system calculates arrangements as users change values in the arrangement, which decreases performance. If cleared, users can calculate the arrangement on demand.
