Customer Comments
Use the Comments tab in the Customer Properties dialog box to add and view comments regarding changes to the information on the tabs in the Customer Properties dialog box. The system creates the comments for changes made to customer information and marks the comments as "Created by AUDIT." The most recent comment appears first in the data grid.
