Search for an Account by Address
Use the Simple Search tab in the Latitude Search - Search for Account window to search for an account by the debtor's or co-debtor's address. You can search by street address, city, state, or ZIP Code, or any combination thereof.
To search for an account by address

In the Main Menu window, click Work or press Alt + W. The Work Form appears. The Work Form appears.

From the Search menu, click Search or press Ctrl + F. The Latitude Search - Search for Account window appears.

Click the Simple Search tab.

Do the following:

To search by street address, in the Address box, type the debtor's or co-debtor's street address.

To search by city, in the City box, type the debtor's or co-debtor's city.

To search by state, in the State box, type the debtor's or co-debtor's state.

To search by ZIP Code, in the ZIP code box, type the debtor's or co-debtor's ZIP Code.

Click Search. The results display on the Search Results tab. If the system doesn't find a match, it displays a message to that effect.
