View a Pie Queue for a Desk
Use the Pie Queue dialog box to view accounts assigned to your desk in pie chart form. If you have the appropriate permissions, you can work accounts assigned to other desks within the Pie queue.
To view a Pie Queue for a desk

In the Main Menu window, click Work or press Alt + W. The Work Form appears. The Work Form appears.

From the Search menu, click Pie Queue.

If you have permission to work other desks, the Select Desks dialog box appears. Do the steps to Select a Desk.
The Pie Queue dialog box appears.
