View Your Interactions (PureConnect)
Use the My Interactions tab in the CRM Web Client window to view your interactions, such as requests for assistance.
To view your interactions

In the PureConnect Dialer Agent Interface toolbar, click the Workgroups icon. The CRM Web Client window appears.

Click the My Interactions tab.

To close the request, click Done.
