SU 5

SU 5 introduced the following changes and enhancements to Latitude 12.0:

Medical

Added Medical Panel for adding and modifying medical information. For more information, see Medical.
Added Insurance tab to Medical panel for flagging an insurance policy as invalid. For more information, see Invalidate an Insurance Policy.

Payment batch processing

Added Batch Details section to the Batch Processing page for displaying details of payment processing results. For more information, see Process a Payment Batch.
Added ability to view payment batch history to the Batch Processing page. For more information, see View Payment Batch History.

Permission

Added Configuration for Handling Broken Promises permission for specifying the status and queue level to assign to accounts with broken promises.

Support queue

Added Support Queue Details card for viewing details for an account that is in a support queue. For more information, see Support Queue Details Card.
