SU 7

SU 7 introduced the following changes and enhancements to Latitude 12.0:

Custom reference panel

Added ability to create custom reference panels using stored procedures and allow the system to display the panels in the Work Form. For more information, see Custom Panel.

Direct debit

Added ability to view direct debit guarantee when adding a direct debit account on the Direct Debit tab in the Payment Instrument dialog box. For more information, see Add a Direct Debit Account.

Letter history

Added the Details View dialog box for viewing pending or historical letters for an account. For more information, see View Letter Details.

Permissions

Removed Delete/OnHold Request permission and created separate permissions for the delete and on hold request functionality.
Added Delete Request permission for specifying whether users can delete pending letter requests and system-generated letter requests.
Added OnHold Request permission for specifying whether users can place pending letter requests on hold.

System codes

Added ability to save an age-based or balance-based fee schedule without selecting a bucket for invoicing in the Fee Schedule dialog box. For more information, see Modify an Age-Based Fee Schedule and Modify a Balance-Based Fee Schedule.
Added Separate Direct as an invoice type on the Invoice tab in the Client dialog box. For more information, see Maintain Client Invoice Settings.
