Introduction to WorkFlow Designer
The WorkFlow Designer program allows your organization to automate processing of accounts in Latitude. You can create user-defined events and workflows, and link the workflows to system- or user-defined events. When these events occur in Latitude, they trigger accounts that meet specific criteria for workflow processing. The WorkFlow Engine runs on a server as a scheduled job and processes the workflows.
