Request a Break
Use the Request Break option to request a break to stop receiving campaign calls.
To request a break

Do one of the following:

In the Dialer Agent Interface toolbar, click the User icon and then click Request Break.

In the Status bar, click the arrow and then click Request Break.

In the Dialer Agent Interface toolbar, click the Hamburger menu, click Campaigns, and then click Request Break.
Dialer doesn't send you more calls until you end your break.
