Request a Break

Use the Request Break option to request a break to stop receiving campaign calls.

To request a break

  • Do one of the following:

    • In the Dialer Agent Interface toolbar, click the User icon and then click Request Break.

    • In the Status bar, click the arrow and then click Request Break.

    • In the Dialer Agent Interface toolbar, click the Hamburger menu, click Campaigns, and then click Request Break.

Dialer doesn't send you more calls until you end your break.
