Request Assistance with a Call

Use the Request Assistance dialog box to request assistance with a call.

To request assistance with a call

  1. In the Dialer toolbar, click the Request Assistance icon.

  1. In the box, type a message to send regarding your request for assistance and then click Send Request. Interaction Dialer sends your request for assistance to a supervisor.

  2. To view the request, in the Dialer Agent Interface toolbar, click the Workgroups icon. The CRM Web Client window appears.

  3. Click the My Interactions tab.
