Enable Bot Configurations in Social Media
To map bot configurations to incoming Social interactions on a channel,
Note: You must enable Social Media and log on to your Social Media account before you configure Social Media channel.
- Expand the appropriate social media account section of the Social Media view. (For more information, see configure Facebook ,Twitter or WhatsApp channel).
- Fill all the required fields.
- Check the Enable Bot Configuration box.

Select appropriate bot from Bot Configuration dropdown list for which bot configurations should be enabled.
Note: Once you complete the mapping of bot configuration to social media, update the handlers ‘CustomSocialMediaDirectMessageChatBotRouting.ihd’ and ‘CustomSocialMediaDirectMessagePostChatBotRouting.ihd’ on the IC server for customization and publish handlers.
