Using Interaction Conference Microsoft Outlook plugin
This section explains how to schedule a conference call using the Interaction Conference Microsoft Outlook plugin.

If you have not installed the plugin, follow the steps in Install the Interaction Conference Microsoft Outlook plugin.

To use Interaction Conference, your CIC system administrator must have granted access rights. Contact your system administrator to find out if these rights have been assigned to you. No special rights are required to call into a conference, however.
