Operator Profiles

Calls to the operator are filtered by Operator Profiles that examine the user queue, workstation queue, or Attendant Profile that the call arrived on.  Attendant supports two types of Operator profiles:

  • Attendant compares the characteristics of a call to the operator with Custom Operator Profiles to determine which profile should process the call.  Filtering is performed by comparing the user queue, workgroup queue, or Attendant Profile that the call came from with characteristics stored in the profile.

  • Default Operator Profiles select calls that do not match Custom Operator profiles.
