Manage Email Messages

In Interaction Desktop, you have two main methods of managing email messages.

You can use Email views in a single workspace devoted to email messages. These views give you the ability to filter email messages and arrange the individual views to reflect your workflow.
You can use My Interactions or workgroup and user queue views along with the Email Window for Incoming Messages and the Email Window for Email Window for Outgoing Messages.
