Open Recordings

When you Playback a recorded interaction, and the recording is open in the Workspace, it is listed in the Open Recordings folder in the Recordings navigation pane. Use the Open Recordings list to navigate to a recording.  

You can playback and review multiple recording Media Types at the same time. For example, you can listen to an audio recording while viewing a screen recording of the interaction.
