Speech Recognition

This dialog appears if IC Setup Assistant detects that Speech Recognition Services is included in your license.

Select the speech recognition engine(s) that your site uses.

Note: This dialog only enables the selected speech recognition engines on the CIC Server. In order to use speech recognition, the ASR server(s) must also be installed and configured to communicate with the CIC Server. If you have not already installed and configured the ASR server(s), you can do so after Setup Assistant has completed.

When IC Setup Assistant has completed, you can perform additional speech recognition engine configuration in the Interaction Administrator Recognition container. See Interaction Administrator online help.

If you wish to change the selected speech recognition engine(s) post-installation, select or de-select the Enabled checkbox in the appropriate speech recognition engine node Configuration dialog in Interaction Administrator.

You can review the contents of the IC Survey file by selecting View Survey in the Load IC Survey File dialog or opening it in a Pre-Install survey in the IC Survey system.
