Connecting to Session Manager

Interaction Voicemail Player must connect to Session Manager. This connection enables Interaction Voicemail Player to:

  • Play voice mail messages to a remote phone number

  • Play a voice mail message to a station

  • Control a message waiting indicator light

  • Check for updates of Interaction Voicemail Player

The connection can be authenticated using Windows authentication, explicit authentication, or receiving credentials from another Genesys application.
