Download a Recording

Interaction Web Portal allows you to download a recording to a .wav file.

Note: Your administrator can disable the download feature for your organization. It that is the case, you will not see the Download button on the recording viewer.

To download a recording:

1. Select the recording from a recording query. For more information, see Query Recordings.

2. In the top right corner of the recording viewer, click the Download button .  
   
   The Save As dialog box appears.

3. Select a location for the file, and then click Save.
