System Services Attributes

System Service elements retrieve information about an agent, such as the agent's name, ID, or client status. System Services attributes are read-only.

Attribute	Description
IS_System_AgentID	Returns the User ID of the agent.
IS_System_AgentName	Returns the Exchange display name of the agent.
IS_System_ClientStatus	Returns the current availability of the client (Available, Out to Lunch, etc.), and the available status messages defined on the server.
