Install Interaction Attendant

To install Interaction Attendant, run the IC Server Manager Applications install from the IC_ServerManagerApps share on your CIC server.  

1. Locate the IC Server Manager Applications install, by navigating to the IC_ServerManagerApps share on your CIC server.

2. Double-click ICServerManagerApps.msi to run the install program.  Then follow the on-screen instructions that appear.

3. The IC Server Manager Applications install includes the following applications:

• Interaction Designer

• Interaction Administrator

• Interaction Attendant

• IC System Manager

• Interaction Host Recorder Client

• SOAP Tracer

You may optionally select other applications to install besides Attendant.
