End of Work Item

In the Work Item Overview view, use the End of Work Item area (see figure) to:

• Specify actions that always run at the end of the work item regardless of the exit reason.

• Specify different actions to run in response to specific exit reasons.

IPA always executes any reason-independent actions before it executes any actions associated with the specific exit reason.
