PureCloud Dial Groups
System Configuration > PureCloud > PureCloud Configuration > PureCloud Dial Groups
The PureCloud Dial Groups tab enables you configure which dial groups are used for the Web-based phone integration. Connection calls are placed to the PureCloud Edges using these dial groups.
Available Dial Groups
This list box displays the existing dial groups of this CIC server. You can select a dial group in this box.
Add button
With an item in the Available Dial Groups box selected, select this button to move that CIC dial group to the Currently Selected Dial Groups box.
Currently Selected Dial Groups
This list box displays the existing dial groups that CIC is currently configured to use to communicate with PureCloud Edges for the Web-based phone integration.
