Interaction Administrator Help
PureCloud Web Page
Click Launch Web Page to go directly to your PureCloud organization.

You are automatically logged as the PureCloud Admin user that was created for you in CIC.

If your CIC user accounts were configured with Display Name and Business Email before you configured PureCloud for CIC, CIC user account data was sync’d and those users appear in PureCloud Directory.

Further configure your organization by adding to the PureCloud Admin profile, setting up groups, etc. See Admin>Overview.

Modify organization settings in Admin>Account Settings.

Review PureCloud Bridge settings and check for updates in Admin>Integrations. For more information see the PureCloud for CIC Administrator’s Guide.
