Interaction Media Server

The primary purpose of Interaction Media Server is to handle the RTP audio streams for a VoIP-enabled IC server and free IP resources (or reduce the need for additional telephony hardware) to serve larger numbers of callers and agents on a single system. Interaction Media Server also handles recording calls that IC users choose to record, or that the Interaction Recorder system flags to record.
