Siebel Integration

The CIC Integration with Siebel integrates the functionality of the CIC client into the Siebel web or thin client. The integration uses a combination of the PureConnect platform's IceLib SDK and Siebel's Adaptive Communications API. The integration allows the Siebel agent to conduct all phone operations while providing a powerful screen pop to a Siebel view, based on data collected in the phone system.
