Introduction to Release Notes

The Release Notes include all new features and visible changes introduced in each Service Update (SU) of Latitude 10.0 and its related products and components. Each SU includes a system-generated New Features and Summary file that provides a detailed list of public changes in the release. These files are available in the Latitude Documentation Library at https://help.genesys.com/latitude/10/desktop/service_updates.htm.
