Maintain Miscellaneous Settings

Use the Miscellaneous tab in the Control File Properties dialog box to specify the "You've Got Claims" identification number and the name of your outgoing email server.

To maintain miscellaneous settings

  1. In the Main Menu window, from the Maintenance menu, click System Codes and Settings. The Latitude Maintenance window appears.

  2. In the menu bar, click File and then click Control File Properties. The Latitude - Control File Properties dialog box appears.

  3. Click the Miscellaneous tab.

You Got Claims ID: "You've Got Claims" identification number used for legal accounts.

Mail Server (Out): Network name of the outgoing email server. This setting must be correct for email letter functions to work.

  1. Complete the information and then click OK.
