Maintain Account Titles

Use the Account Titles tab in the Control File Properties dialog box to specify labels for dates you want to record when adding or modifying debtor accounts.

To maintain account titles

  1. In the Main Menu window, from the Maintenance menu, click System Codes and Settings. The Latitude Maintenance window appears.

  2. In the menu bar, click File and then click Control File Properties. The Latitude - Control File Properties dialog box appears.

  3. Click the Account Titles tab.

User Date Title 1 through User Date Title 3: The values you provide in these boxes become the labels for dates you want to appear on the Dates tab in the New Business window.

For example, User Date Title 1 has a value of Date First Billed. This label appears on the Dates tab in the New Business window so you can enter the date you first billed the debtor. For more information, see Dates.

  1. Add up to three labels and then click OK.
