Notes

Use the Notes panel to view account notes and the Latitude - New Note dialog box to add account notes. There are two types of notes, system generated and user generated. Latitude creates notes when users update certain information. User generated notes are ones that users add to an account. The system adds text to a note when a user assigns certain result codes to a note.
