Summarize Data in a Data Grid

Some data grids allow you to summarize the data in a column.

The Select Summaries dialog box appears.

Select one or more calculations to perform on the data and then click OK. The result appears in the last row of the data grid. If you grouped the data, Exchange calculates the data for each group and displays the results in the last row for each group.

To remove summary information, click the Sigma icon and clear the check boxes in the Select Summaries dialog box.
