Time on Account Configuration Permission
Use the Time on Account Configuration permission to specify the caution and warning thresholds for time spent on an account, and the duration of an open interaction. When the time reaches the specified thresholds, the background color of the Time on Account indicator in the status bar and on the Since column in the Open Interactions panel changes color accordingly. Location
In the Navigation pane, click Applications > Liquid Latitude > Work Form > Time on Account Configuration.
Scope
This permission is available for all scopes.
Policy
These policies allow your organization to specify the thresholds for caution and warning zones. Enable the permission for a scope and then specify the thresholds for each zone.
Caution Color Boundary: Threshold (in hours, minutes, and seconds) for displaying a yellow background on the Time on Account indicator in the status bar and on the Since column in the Open Interactions panel.
Warning Color Boundary: Threshold (in hours, minutes, and seconds) for displaying a red background on the Time on Account indicator in the status bar and on the Since column in the Open Interactions panel.
