Current Stage

Use the Current Stage dialog box to specify the criteria for determining whether an account is in a specific stage. If the condition evaluates as true, the account moves to the true (green) endpoint; otherwise, it moves to the false (red) endpoint.

To modify a Current Stage activity

  1. Create or open a workflow with a Current Stage activity. For more information, see Create a Workflow or Modify a Workflow.

  1. On the workflow tab, double-click the Current Stage activity. The Current Stage dialog box appears.

  1. Do one of the following:

  • To determine whether the account is in a specific stage, click Value is one of the following.

  • To determine whether the account isn't in a specific stage, click Value is not one of the following.

Note: You can select multiple stages for the evaluation.

  1. To filter the list of processes by ID, process name, stage name, or description, type a value in the filter box and then click Filter. To clear the filter, clear the value in the filter box and then click Filter.

  2. Select the check box for each stage to include in the evaluation.

  3. Click Okay. WorkFlow Designer updates the Current Stage activity in the workflow.
