Customer

Use the Customer dialog box to specify the criteria for comparing the customer on accounts against a specified value. If the condition evaluates as true, the account moves to the true (green) endpoint; otherwise, it moves to the false (red) endpoint.

To modify a Customer activity

  1. Create or open a workflow with a Customer activity. For more information, see Create a Workflow or Modify a Workflow.

  1. On the workflow tab, double-click the Customer activity. The Customer dialog box appears.

  1. Do one of the following:

  • To determine whether the account is for a specific customer, click Value is one of the following.

  • To determine whether the account isn't for a specific customer, click Value is not one of the following.

Note: You can select multiple customers for the evaluation.

  1. To filter the list of customers by customer code, name, or alpha code, type a value in the filter box and then click Filter. To clear the filter, clear the value in the filter box and then click Filter.

  2. Select the check box for each customer to include in the evaluation.

  3. Click Okay. WorkFlow Designer updates the Customer activity in the workflow.
