CX Insights

CX Insights is a web-based data visualization application that allows you to view and analyze real-time agent status and workgroup activity. CX Insights is built on the MicroStrategy Business Intelligence (BI) platform that runs best in a Linux environment. It is deployed as a set of Docker containers through an Ansible playbook. CX Insights can be accessed on Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and Internet Explorer.
