Manually create and send a Client Memo

Note: Both Interaction Connect and Interaction Desktop support client memos.

To manually create and send a client memo:

  1. Select View client memos from the Tools menu. The Client Memo Management dialog appears, listing all client memos.

  2. Click Add. The Client Memo dialog appears. Use it to compose a message to CIC client users.

  3. Click OK. The message is sent immediately.
