Add or Remove View Columns

Requirements: The Customize Client Security Right enables you to add or remove view columns. The View Directory Status Columns Access Control right determines which Status columns you can add to a directory view. The View Queue Columns Access Control right determines which columns you can add to a queue view.

You can add or remove columns from any queue or directory view.

Right-click a column label in a queue, directory, or My Work Items view to display a menu of the columns that can be added or removed.

To add or remove a column:

  1. Right-click on the column headings for the view.

Result: A drop-down list of available column names appears.

  1. Do one of the following:

    • To add a column, click the name of a column.

    • To remove a column, click the name of a column with a check mark.
