Use Response Management in a Text Message
Requirements: For information about the prerequisites for using the Short Message Service feature, see Working with Text Messages. You also need the Response Management Security right to use Response Management.
You use stored responses to avoid typing the same information over and over again.
Note: It is not currently possible to attach a Response Management stored file to a text message.
To use a stored response in a text message:

In the Send Text Message dialog box, click Response Management.
Result: The My Responses Window appears.

Do one of the following:

In the Response Management window, select a response and click the Insert button.

Copy and paste part of the response from the Response Management window to the Message section of the Send Text Message dialog box.

Result: The response immediately appears in the text message.

In the Message section of the Send Text Message dialog box, make any necessary changes to the response.
Note: You can edit the response before it is sent as part of the text message.

When you finish adding stored responses, in the Response Management window, click Close.
