Viewing Recording Search Results

Based on the attributes of the recording search, when a search is run the results are displayed in the Search Results view in the Workspace. A list of recorded interactions is displayed at the top of the Workspace in a grid, which gives details of the interaction.

Use the Search Results view to review the details of an interaction and to playback a recording. Information on recordings is displayed in the Media Details and Details dockable panes, which are initially displayed at the middle and bottom of the Workspace.
