PureConnect for Salesforce

The PureConnect for Salesforce integration is a version of the CIC client with an abbreviated feature set. PureConnect for Salesforce provides advanced CIC call controls inside the third-party customer relationship management (CRM) system Salesforce. There is nothing to install on each user’s computer.

Supported interaction types

PureConnect for Salesforce currently supports calls, callbacks, web chats, generic objects, and ACD-routed email and Salesforce email-to-case interactions. Other interaction types show up on the list of interactions but cannot be controlled from PureConnect for Salesforce. For fuller functionality, run the CIC client alongside Salesforce.

Get started

To use PureConnect for Salesforce, obtain credentials from your administrator, check the browser requirements, and log in.
