ININ.Addins.IC.Interactions.makeCall has been added to support creating call interactions.
ININ.Addins.IC.Interactions.selectedInteraction has been enhanced to support:
- Transferring the selected interaction.
- Initiating a consult transfer with the selected interaction.
- Inviting additional parties to the selected interaction.
- Flags to indicate that the above actions are currently permitted.
