Extra Data Codes
Use the Latitude Maintenance window to search for or delete extra data codes. Use the Extra Data Properties dialog box to add or modify extra data codes. A major strength of Latitude is the ability to create custom user fields, which you assign as Extra Data. You can add extra data codes to the Work Form to hold extra information based on your agency’s criteria.
